1. What data we process

Account (email and language), onboarding answers, public profile data you analyze (bio, captions and post metrics), content you generate, uploaded videos, credit and payment history, and security logs (IP in irreversible form).

2. What we use it for

To provide the service, generate suggestions, bill, prevent abuse and improve quality. If you opt in during onboarding, we use your posts' performance in anonymous, aggregated form to improve suggestions for everyone. You can turn this off anytime.

3. Who we share it with

Processors acting on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication and files), Vercel (hosting), OpenRouter and language model providers (text generation), TypeSafe (classification and scoring), Stripe (payments) and, for video features, transcription, voice and image services. We configure AI providers not to train on your content. We do not sell your data.

4. Retention

Uploaded and rendered videos are deleted after 30 days. Other data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, we erase your data within 7 days of the request (cooling-off period), keeping only what the law requires, such as tax records.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, download (portability) and delete your data in Settings > Account, withdraw consents and request information about processing. For other requests: privacidade@klipea.app.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, per-user data isolation in the database, least-privilege access control, audit logs and rate limits. No system is fully immune; we will notify you and the authorities in case of a relevant incident.
