1. The service

Klipea generates profile diagnoses, strategies, scripts, carousels and video suggestions with artificial intelligence, based on public data from your profile and the information you provide.

2. Your account and responsibilities

You must be 18 or older, or have a legal guardian's permission. You are responsible for what you publish and for following Instagram, TikTok and the law. Only analyze your own profiles or public profiles, lawfully.

3. AI-generated content

Suggestions are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Review everything before posting. We do not guarantee reach, engagement or sales. You may freely use what you generate for your profile.

4. Credits, plans and payments

Each action uses credits as shown in the app. Monthly plan credits expire at renewal, except for your plan's carry-over limit. Extra credits do not expire. If a generation fails, credits are refunded. Payments are processed by Stripe; Pix is prepaid and does not renew by itself. Card subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and last until the end of the paid period.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for spam, illegal, deceptive or rights-infringing content, try to bypass limits or credits, or access other people's data.

6. Termination and contact

You can delete your account in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Questions: contato@klipea.app.
